It’s pretty crazy how little things actually are until you see it from up above. The symmetry between Cascade Lake and the island of Emerald Bay, split by snowy trees and a windy road makes this view quite exceptional. This unique island, surrounded by natural beauty, makes it one of the top highlights of any visit to the Lake Tahoe area.

Nothing makes me feel more at home than cruising to my favorite spots, capturing content as I go. Cory and I adventured sun up until sun down, making sure we gathered everything we needed to complete this trip. It was a great way to end the 2017 year.
