We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied, any brand new product can be returned for a FULL REFUND within 14 days of delivery OR you have up to 30 days to return your order to receive store credit. For defective items, we will replace your product for free, see F.A.Q's for more details.
International Customers: Please be sure to reach out to customer support before processing a return. These orders are handled differently.
Please note: All returned items must be in 'new' or 'unused' condition and still include their original packaging.
Your return will not be accepted if:
- It has been worn or taken out of original protective plastic
- You have attempted to reassemble a broken watch
- Watch is broken due to wear and tear
