All orders placed on our website are dispatched from our USA warehouse located in San Diego, CA. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after your purchase is made (excluding weekends). Once your watch is actually shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking details to update.
All Orders in the USA are shipped via USPS. Expected time to process and ship orders for US customers is 2 to 3 working days. We aim to actually deliver your product(s) within 3 to 5 working days following the date your order is placed. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not considered as working days.
Purchases made after 12pm PST will not be shipped out until at least the next day. If you order after 12pm PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.
Orders placed outside the United States will be delivered anywhere from 10-20 business days from the date that it is shipped out (if you choose free shipping), not necessarily from the date that it is placed. Shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since duties and taxes vary by country, we are not able to supply an estimated cost.
All customs, taxes, import duties, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. There is a chance that you will not get charged duties/customs fees, however if you do get charged, we cannot be responsible for these fees in any way, as we do not receive this money. The funds go exclusively to your own government. Please contact your customs office for more information.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS & CLAIMS
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and strive to deliver the best products possible. If, for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, any brand new product can be returned for a FULL REFUND within 10 days of delivery OR receive store credit within 20 days of delivery.
HOLIDAY RETURNS: During the Holiday season we are offering an extended return policy. All watches purchased from 11/20/2016 to 12/24/2016 can be returned until 1/10/2017.
We offer free and easy returns within 10 days of delivery. Please contact customer support to schedule the return and receive a prepaid return label.
Please note, that it will take 4-7 business days to process your return once it arrives at our facility.
International (Non-USA) Customers: Please be sure to reach out to customer support before processing a return. These are handled slightly different. Thanks!

* All returned items must be in new and unused condition and still have their original packaging attached to them.
Articles will not be accepted if:
- It has been worn or taken out of original protective plastic
- You have attempted to reassemble the watch once broken
- We do not insure watches that are broken due to wear and tear

*You may send all return items thru a shipper of your choice (USPS/UPS/FEDEX). We suggest that you include delivery/receipt confirmation service to ensure receipt of your item.
