Our mission here at Original Grain Support is to provide quality service to each of our customers in a timely manner and ensure a high quality product to our customers.
Original Grain Customer Support Response Times: Normally within two days during the week. We do not have support on Saturday or Sunday so please allow for response Monday and Tuesday for the weekend.
Original Grain Customer Support Hours: Monday thru Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Original Grain Customer Support is not in operation on Thanksgiving or Christmas and New Year’s Day.

All orders placed on our website are dispatched from our USA warehouse located in San Diego, CA. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after your purchase is made (excluding weekends). Once your watch is actually shipped, please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking details to update.
All Orders in the USA are shipped via USPS. Expected time to process and ship orders for US customers is 1 to 2 working days. We aim to actually deliver your product(s) to your door within 3 to 5 working days following the date your order is placed. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not considered as working days.
Purchases made after 12pm PST will not be shipped out until at least the next day. If you order after 12pm PST on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday.
Orders placed outside the United States will be delivered anywhere from 10-20 business days from the date that it is shipped out (if you choose free shipping), not necessarily from the date that it is placed. Shipments outside of the U.S. may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Since duties and taxes vary by country, we are not able to supply an estimated cost.
All customs, taxes, import duties, or any additional charges by your local government are the responsibility of the recipient. There is a chance that you will not get charged duties/customs fees, however if you do get charged, we cannot be responsible for these fees in any way, as we do not receive this money. The funds go exclusively to your own government. Please contact your customs office for more information.
